Concept introduction:

Boyle’s law is obtained from the experiments done by Boyle. It states that the volume of a gas is inversely proportional to the pressure when the temperature remains constant. Inversely proportional means that two variables have a reciprocal relationship. As the value of one variable increases, the value of the other variable decreases.
