Teams have the ability to identify their strengths as well as weaknesses and work in a manner that would take maximum use of the strengths and reduce/improve their weaknesses. Also, teams are flexible and can easily adapt to changing environments. They have the ability to assemble, deploy, refocus and disband.

In good teams, employee motivation, team work and spirit as well as team satisfaction could be seen.
