Introduction: Hemoglobin is a protein molecule that is found in red blood cells. It contains iron that helps in transferring oxygen dissolved in blood from one location to another inside the body. The presence of the adequate amount of hemoglobin in blood is very important to deliver oxygen to all parts of a body. The lack of hemoglobin can cause oxygen deficiency in different parts of the body.
