Introduction:

As a deviation from the traditional business communication defined by publishing or broadcasting mindset where the upper management always issue directives for the lower supervisors to follow, the new social communication model is more interactive and conversational. This model has positive attributes such as being more aligned to conversation than publication, discussion than lecture, permission than intrusion, bi/multidirectional than unidirectional, etc.
