Question
Chapter 1, Problem 36P
Interpretation Introduction
Interpretation: Bond-line formulas for the given compounds are need to be written.
Concept introduction:
For drawing bond-line formulae, the following rules are followed.
A bond is represented by a line.
The bends in a line indicate carbon atoms; unless any other group is shown specifically.
Any element other than carbon or hydrogen is indicated by its symbol.
Hydrogen atoms bonded to elements other than carbon are shown by writing the symbol.
