To Determine:

The characteristics of the best and the worst manager that we have had and also to give out the key differences in the behaviors of the two types of managers. To give advice to the managers for them to be effective.

Introduction:

Management − Effectively and efficiently achieving the goals of an organization through proper planning, organizing along with controlling and leading.

Manager is the person who is responsible for handling the resources in such a way that the organization's goals are achieved.
