Concept introduction:
Consider how gender is still a primary division between women and men. Although advances have been made, there is still disparity in the workplace.

Explanation of Solution
Since gender inequality is still prevalent in our society, many differences could be seen if women were part of the study. Think about how women and African-Americans are still considered minority groups while white men remain the dominant group. Gender and racial inequality continue to be an issue in the workplace. White men with no criminal record may be the most likely subjects to be hired even if women with no criminal record are part of the study, as the status of white male often makes them the most attractive applicant. Black women, based on racial inequality, may fall even lower than white women. Consider how white males with a criminal record may still be the most likely to be hired, as the discrimination and prejudice women face is still a factor in employment.

A recent Formative Assessment Report (conducted in 2022) highlighted that no Caribbean country is truly offering what could be considered CSE . Efforts to address this gap have been seen in the Health and Family Life Education (HFLE) Curriculum; however, the methods for delivery used are out of date, and too much of the specific content is left up to the individual teacher. Consider CSE in…arrow_forward
