Jamika Westbrook is a salon manager at the SmartStyle saloon, one of six local hair salons. After market slowdown, and fall in, profits, she is under pressure to boost profits. She is also saddled with interpersonal relationship issues with three employees, two are on leave and third, Sharon whom she takes as her competitor in her office. She has both negative and positive managerial traits being described here below.
