Homogeneous mixture:
- It is a mixture in which the components are uniformly distributed throughout the mixture.
- There is only one phase of matter observed in a homogeneous matter.

Heterogeneous mixture:
- It is a mixture in which the compound of the mixture is not uniformly mixed with different properties.
- There are always two or more phases in a heterogeneous mixture.
- Example- Blood, Vegetable soup, soil
