Communication is very vital for everyone whether an individual or an organization. Any important message be it a product information, a new product launch, or anything regarding the product is shared through various communication channels. In business, there are two types of communication, it is verbal and non-verbal.
Verbal communication means communicating through words. For example, giving information about the product through pamphlets, advertisements, hoardings, etc are verbal communication.
Non-verbal communication means communicating through sign language, gestures, body language or eye contact.
