He was ready to start a new chapter. His passion for traditional Malay dessert drove her to start Aura Bengkang Enterprise, a small-scale business producing baked tapioca cake which is very unique and rare in terms of cooking skills and technique and the use of material, the cassava. Tapioca cake is a cultural delicacy, but not everybody has skills in cooking it. This traditional Malay dessert is semi-soft, chewy, and fragrant. With giddiness in her voice, Hafiz confesses that his family's recipe is so good that he could make them for business. Hafiz has always loved mixing and cooking the tapioca cake with a combination of his grandmother's recipe and traditional Malay recipe. He is a master in his kitchen. He considered becoming an international manufacturer of traditional Malay desserts in the future. Regarding improving his product packaging, he informed Mr. Azizi that he got good networking with one of the local universities in terms of producing proper packaging for its product. Thus, Mr. Azizi advised him to make use of the collaboration to do research and development in producing good cassava clones. As for now, there was a lack of research and development done by government bodies to produce good cassava clones.
