An additional fee is given based on the model type. If the model type is "2BR", additional fee is computed as 6.5% of the total the tax rate, otherwise there is no additional fee.
Finally, compute for the contract amount by adding the total rental fee, city tax and additional fee.
Display the total rental fee, city tax, additional fee, contract amount, sum of all reservations greater than 200 and the number of reservation amount in each reservation amount range.
