Algoithm
- Find an empty cell in the puzzle
- Try all possible values for the empty cell
- Check if the value is valid for the cell based on the row, column, and 3x3 square constraints
- If the value is valid, set the value for the cell and recursively solve the puzzle
- If the puzzle is solved, return True
- If the puzzle is not solved, backtrack and try a different value for the previous cell
- If no value works for the current cell, backtrack further
- If all cells are filled and the puzzle is solved, return True
