The required program to print given pattern, we need to use 3 for loops. That's are formed as a nested form of loop, in which the outer loop is use to manage number of rows in pattern (no. of rows is 5, since the pattern is follow descending order so we use decrement loop), the inner loop is use to manage blanks before print and the inner most loop is use to manage print (since output contain even number of * pattern so loop  end condition is 2*i always gives even number).
