Why is the U.S. political system so dependent on the courts?
The Federal Courts and State courts in the United States play a very important role in the political and social aspect of American lives. Be it a dispute between the states, issues related to regulations and legislation, or interpretation of the Constitution, the courts have a large role to play. The one aspect where the importance of courts in the U.S. political system could be seen is through the Judicial reviews.
