The human body is a complex system of organs and organ systems. These organs systems are formed from the various organs and tissues of the body. The tissues that perform similar functions give rise to organs which then makeup organ systems. Even though there is a complexity and diversity observed in the different organs and tissues, the organs systems are very well connected to each other. This coordination of organ systems with one another and also within themselves is very essential to maintain the ideal physiological behavior.
There are eleven major organ systems present in the human body: integumentary system, skeletal system, muscular system, nervous system, endocrine system, cardiovascular system, lymphatic system, respiratory system, digestive system, urinary system, and reproductive system. All of these systems are together responsible for adequate and efficient functioning of the human body
