Boiling point of alcohols :

1). Alcohols can form hydrogen bonding(a strong intermolecular force). Hence if more number of hydroxy groups (-OH groups) are present then it can form more hydrogen bonding. Hence more will be the boiling point.

2). If the two alcohols are the constitutional isomers(i.e. Same molecular formula but different connectivity) then Larger molecules(long chain) has higher boiling point. Because larger molecules have the greater surface area, so more energy needed. Therefore more boiling point.
