It explains the factors that lead to the social problems and the consequences these factors have on the vast majority of society. It also provides policy insights and suggestions to curb these social issues.

EXPLANATION

Teen birth in the United States differs from one region to another region. The states from the northern locations have lower rates in comparison with the southern states. It is also found that the people from the black communities have higher birth rates than the women from the white groups. Several factors explain the regional differences in the teen birth rate.

Education: education for the people about the carriages is high among some groups. this is leading to the control of the teen birth rates in some regions:

groups: the regions where the people from the black communities and the people who have Hispanic origin are responsible for the high teen birth rates in their regions, representing the regional differences.

Poverty: the teens whose parents are in poverty, who cannot afford the pregnancy, and the requirements to maintain it are leading to the downward trend in the carriages. in some regions, due to lack of economic holdings, there is an increase in the abortion rates where miscarriages take place

Federal funding: the state has provided many findings for the pregnancy prevention programs that were implemented to bring awareness about the issues that lead to early carriages, leading to the declining trend.

Individual opinions: the teen's individuals opinions are also the responsible factors for the regional differences in the birth rates. Due to the modern individualistic values, the teens are driven by the delf motivating factors to be independent is also the factor for the regional differences.
