They are committed to protecting wildlife for over 130 years now. They maintain a balance between human and wildlife needs and preserve the hunting tradition.
They started several legislations for various national parks and made efforts for wildlife conversation funding which led to the formation of the Federal Duck Stamp Act. The club also takes initiatives to sponsor part various research programs to grow of America's conservation system. They also encouraged outdoor ethics and promoted shared use of resources to preserve them for future generations. Boone and Crockett Club is the oldest organization that promotes Fair Chase in America.
