Concentration of acetic acid = 0.200 M

And pH of solution = 4.76 

Assuming the moles of NaOH added is y and it is less than the moles of  acetic acid.

Moles of acetic acid = concentration of acetic acid X volume of solution = 0.200 X 1 = 0.200 mol.
