Although there is a difference between casual thinking and reflective thinking. In casual thinking, the individual just thinks about different events that took place, but in reflective practice, the individual requires conscious effort to think about the events and gain insights from them.
There are six major steps for developing and using reflective skills. The steps are as follows:

The individuals should share their views and experiences with their friends and colleagues. - Think:
It is important that the individuals also learn to value the time that is required to think of their actions.
