The meanings of the following words are set out below:

Data: Can be defined as facts and statistics that have not yet been processed and released. These statistics are immature statistics collected from different sources of various field activities that need to be processed, stored, table, graphs etc. to make a final form and be useful in any other decisions.
Information: This term refers to the concise and organized data that is processed in a computer system and is ready for decision making. Raw data is called inputs that when processed give out output called information. This information can be in the table setting, graph presentation etc. which can make the requirement clear and understandable. Making sound decisions, using an information system.
Information system: In the case of decision-making, information is required, but organizing the information system in a co-ordinated manner can be done with the help of information systems. These information systems need to be maintained in order to be useful when needed as these systems are useful to all sectors and to everyone in any field. These systems collect, retrieve, store, sort and analyze relevant information according to each requirement.
