- shoulder joint : formed between humerus and glenoid cavity of scapular ,most mobile joint
- ankle joint :most stable joint
Significance of joint injuries:
Joint injuries are caused by high intensity physical force to the joint which take the joint beyond the anatomical limit and results in joint injuries.
Most joint injuries are closed type , signs and symptoms of joint injuries :
- pain
- swelling,
- Crepitus due to associated fractures
- hematoma in the joint due to rupture of blood vessel around the joint
- muscle spasms around the joint
- difficulty in moving the affected joint
