What is the role for Mycenae
Mycenae in present times is an archeological site located in Greece. This is one of the popular cities in Greek mythology, a place where king Agamemnon ruled. Mycenae was added to the list of UNESCO world heritage site 1999.
The city of Mycenae is well constructed and represents the civilizational features. It has citadel, halls and other structures. Cyclopean is an areas where houses of elite class of society were made. Archeological sites has shown us evidence of shrines, graveyard and funerary enclosure. The exterior portion of city was occupied by the common people.
