The reproductive system plays a key role in women's health in terms of work, dysfunction and disease. It is unlike in the case of men. A significant burden of the disease in females is correlated to their sexual mechanism and reproductive environment, and because of their status, the way culture accepts or mistreated them.

Endometriosis is a condition linked to a woman's uterus, the place where a baby forms when a woman gets pregnant. Endometriosis is where somewhere else is developing the kind of tissue that usually lines the uterus. It may develop on the ovaries, the intestines, or the bladder behind the uterus. It rarely develops in other regions of the body.
The most prominent noncancerous tumours in women of child-bearing age are uterine fibroids. Muscle cells and other tissues that develop in and around the uterus wall, or vagina, are composed of fibroids. There is little knowledge of the trigger of fibroids.

The polycystic ovarian syndrome occurs when the ovaries or adrenal glands of a woman develop more than average male hormones. One consequence is that cysts form on the ovaries (fluid-filled sacs). It is more common that women who are obese have PCOS. There is an elevated risk of contracting diabetes and heart disease in women with PCOS.
A big issue is a sexual harassment (SV). Where permission is not received or voluntarily granted, SV applies to sexual intercourse. Anybody may witness SV, but most victims are female. Usually, the person responsible for the abuse is male and is normally someone familiar to the survivor. An acquaintance, coworker, neighbour, or family member can be but is not limited to, the person.
