All the control should be gained by the workers or by the state, and capitalists should be given nothing. All the hard work or struggle workers do for their survival should come to an end, and the workers should get the right amount for their job done.
His model consists of a total revolution that will end capitalism, and the state will acquire over all the industries. They will be regulated by the state itself, which will guarantee equal pay to all the citizens.
