What is the main cause of population growth?
Population growth is a demographic attribute that indicates the health and fecundity rate of any organism through quantification rise in the individual's numbers in a population of an area. Population shifts between growth and descent when the values of birth and death rates fluctuate. It is because the demographic formulae of population growth are dependent on the birth and death rates. The formula for a natural increase in population is when the birth rate exceeds the death rate between in an interval of time. Hence, an enhanced rate of birth rate over death rate will lead to population growth.
