- Field personnel is a position of an employee who need to work at non office place, mostly at work site or field, and whose working hours are not fixed but vary as per requirement at field.

1- To provide Daily Work Report to Site Manager which involve all necessary description in detail of the activities done at construction site and problems encountered during field work.
2- To make sure that all the workers and labors are properly provided with safety equipments before commencement of work at field.
3- To keep all the records of tools and equipments used during work after the completion of day work.
4- To communicate timely with Superior officials timely regarding work progress report.
5- To implement and regulate working guidelines on field set by the company or institution.
