What became the language of diplomacy and correspondence between governments.
English became the language of correspondence between the different the government of different countries. Usually, it takes place in a very formal language. it also follows widely used style in the composition as well as presentation, substance, and also the customs used. Letters are the correspondence used between or among the heads of government or maybe for the death of a sovereign to the throne.
Language is the most important part of the communication process. That's why English has been chosen with a consensus, that all legal documents will be in the English language only otherwise it would become highly difficult for countries to negotiate without any common language for communication. That's the major reason behind the adoption of the language of English as it was common that every nation will use English as their official, professional language.
