What are the qualities of the biceps femoris muscle fiber arrangements and their tendon attachments?

The muscle present at the posterior compartment of the thigh in the body is called the biceps femoris. The knee and hip joints are the parts of the body where the biceps femoris muscle acts. In the biceps femoris muscle, two heads are present.
The qualities of the biceps femoris muscle fiber arrangement and their tendon attachments:
In the biceps femoris, one head is long inserted near muscles and runs continuously towards aponeurosis. The short head of the biceps femoris muscle fiber will connect with the aponeurotic sheet. This sheet consists of the tendon attachment, which is round and inserts into the further part of the fibula head. The tendon will separate into two segments before the insertion and distribute on each fibular collateral ligament side. Some muscle fiber is joined with the ligament, and some will extend adjacent to the tibial condyle. It is easy to palpate the biceps femoris tendon in the posterolateral part of the knee at the flexible knee.
