Culture basically means the mode of behavior, moral and manner, custom and tradition, the economic and religious and philosophical and ethical outlook of an individual in a specified community. Every individual born in a society adheres culture of its belonging community.
Gender advertisement is the portrayal of stereotypical gender displays and roles in society. It shows the masculinity of a man and the femininity of a woman from various perspectives.

Cultural differences between people can be determined through communication. Different culture all over the world has contradictory gender stereotypes. In the Indian culture, a woman is considered a homemaker and a man a bread earner. The gender role is specified as a man will take care of the outside world and a woman will look after the home taking care of kids and her spouse’s family. If a man does work like cooking and cleaning he is labeled as feminine in nature. If a woman works late at night in her office it is considered culturally unethical. One of the cultural stereotypes is that man is sexually aggressive and a woman submissive. The man is culturally expected to be tough, focused on materialistic success, and assertive whereas women to be tender modest, and motherly in nature.
