It is a process wherein we have to decide -What we have to teach and how we will teach during teacher -learning process. This Instructional planning helps a teacher to construct his or her goals, objectives, instructional and assessment methodology for the classroom which she will be adopting during her class.
The main purpose of instructional planning is to ensure that all the teachers are proficiently and adequately prepared to meet the educational goals of all students, also she has to make sure that she productively uses all her educational tools. Teachers should design comprehensive lesson plans that meet the curriculum objectives of institutions and their communities.
