As a soccer player, I need to be physically fit all the time so what I have been doing to stay fit during the off-season is running 3 miles 6 days a week on top of that I have soccer practice twice a week. This helps me stay physically fit and it improves my fitness so I can get ready for next season. I also don't smoke or do any drugs for that matter which definitely helps me maintain a good level of fitness. Finally, I have also been eating very healthy food and kept that up so I am growing in strength while maintaining weight.
