Value stream mapping (sometimes called VSM) is a lean manufacturing technique to analyze, design, and manage the flow of materials and information required to bring a product to a customer.
The main goal is to develop an iOS tablet application that implements a VSM process. This focuses on different methods and functions used to develop this application. Scrum and Trello are also used as project management tools to help prioritize tasks and make collaboration easy. To make this clear, the third chapter is organized by the order of the sprints carried out in the project. Most of the app developments processes mentioned in this thesis are reusable over and over again in so many different ways. When working with scrum, the success of the project depends on the technical skill of the developer. And that is why all four sprints lasted longer than intended. The first sprint was hard to implement because it is hard to visualize and program a process timeline.The main obstacle was communicating with the client and using Trello.
