Two tenants are in a 10,000 square-foot 2-story office building with Tenant A on the first floor with their 5,000 square feet and Tenant B on the second floor with their 5,000 square feet. On Monday-Friday both tenants have their office personnel working the same hours (8AM-5PM). However on the weekends, Tenant B on the 2nd floor has their office workers sometimes working on Saturdays. When Tenant A has their security system set (microwave detection system), if someone for Tenant B uses the upstairs restrooms it sets off the security system for Tenant A. It seems that Tenant A’s security system “sees” the water flowing in the drain piping within the perimeter wall and analyzes this as motion so therefore sets off the security detection system. Besides Tenant A replacing their security system with another different system, what do you think should be two viable solutions for this to solve this problem? [Note that Tenant A and Tenant B both have the same security system but since there are only 2 floors in the office building, Tenant B on the 2nd floor has no issues of this nature.]
