For first electron removal the energy is known as first ionization energy. 

It increases from left to right in period while decreases from upto down in a group.

Silicon - 786 kJ/mol

Radium - 509 kJ/mol

Helium - 2372 kJ/mol

Strontium - 550 kJ/mol

Arsenic - 947 kJ/mol
