Titan Construction Sdn. Bhd. is a construction company that uses a financial system for facilitating matters related to payroll and taxes. The financial management system is a software program designed to organize all the tasks of employee payment and tax filing. These tasks include tracking attendance, calculating wages, withholding taxes, printing and delivering checks, completing direct deposits, paying premiums to insurance carriers, and paying employment taxes to the government. All these tasks will be done by the staff of the Financial Department. The software requires the Human Resource (HR) Department to input employee wage information and hours for purpose of calculating employee wages.
