NOTE: You may assume that the string 's' will be large enough to
hold the altered string.
HINT: You will require a nested loop to complete this function
(i.e. a loop within a loop). Every time you encounter a non-space
character, move all of the characters that follow it over one
position to the right (including the null byte '\0') and then add
a space at the current index + 1.
