The new shopping district at the Corner of the Highway 10 and the Highway 30 in south shore of Montreal is looking to expand its trading area. Located in Brossard, at the intersection of highways 10 and 30, Quartier DIX30™ is the second largest shopping center in Canada and the first lifestyle center of its kind in the country. Quartier DIX30™ has grown steadily since 2006 and now has over 300 stores, more than 50 restaurants, two performance venues, a movie theatre, bars and clubs, a hotel, gyms, a spa, a sports center, food outlets, offices, and more. Adding to its appeal, the shopping center also has 10,000 parking spaces, including 3,500 free indoor spaces for added comfort. The project schedule has 9 main activities. Each are organized in 3 sets, A, B, C: Architectural drawings preparation (A1) Marketing approach for new brands & franchisor (B1) Prepare sales offer for new tenants (B2) Select contractors (A2) Prepare municipal building permits (C1) Obtain approvals for permits (C2) Perform works & construction (A3) Finalize and close deals & agreements with the new tenants (B3) prepare opening and move in (B4) The project is representing an additional space capacity for 50 stores, 8 restaurants and 1500 parking spots indoor & outdoor.
