The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change that was created in 1988 and has over the years issued 6 assessment reports, each documenting with increasing confidence that humans play central role in climate change. However, in spite of all the clear scientific evidence little to nothing is really done on a large scale to encourage and influence dramatic change in human behavior towards climate. What can be done to assure such reports are communicated and socialized on a broader scale and simplify enough for a common folk, so that some of these learned behaviors can begin to change, and how can such change be incentivized in a grander way? Basically what is being done to communicate all that scientific evidence in layman terms to common people around the world so that we all can start seeing the change on local level?
