a) Would you prefer to exercise outdoors when there is a high heat index or a low heat index? Why? b) If you knew that it was going to get below freezing overnight, would you rather wake up to find frost or wake up to find frozen dew on your car windshield in the morning? Why? c) Of the four mechanisms that lift air (convergence, frontal lifting, localized convective lifting, and orographic uplift), which also produces a rain shadow effect?

thanks! I have some questions for the answers.
For the first question, why low heat index can help people exercise for longer duration of time?
For the second question, my professor said that frost and frozen dew is not the same thing. frost forms when the temperature is below freezing. The moisture goes straight from a gas to a solid. If the moisture goes from a gas to a liquid and then to a solid then the result will be frozen dew. I am not sure what the answer is. T T
