formic acid (CHOOH) is reduced. Reaction products will include methane, carbon dioxide
and water.
b) Calculate the mass and volume of methane emitted from reducing 161 g of formic acid.
Assume conditions of standard temperature and pressure (STP; T=25 C and P= 1 atm) and
eventual emission of all products to the gas phase.
