An Air conditioning company “SmartAir” has just launched its new range of products. The company now intends to launch a mobile application with which the air conditioning system can be controlled. To address this challenge, the company considers designing an engineering product line. The system, Smart Air App, should be capable of turning ON and OFF the air conditioning units installed at different locations in a house. The Temperature can be controlled and monitored. Heating, Cooling and Fresh air are three modes of the systems. Along all the mandatory features mentioned above, the Fan Control is also a required characteristic of the system. By using this App, the temperature can be put on ECO or can be set manually. At the capability layer the system Display setting can also be controlled, which include change of color and font for the user interface, however, it’s an optional feature. Furthermore, at Operating environment layer the system can be controlled via single smart phone or by multiple phones. The Air conditioning system must have wifi connections; however, remote control can also be used for control mechanism. Lastly, at Implementation layer the technologies used are android and ios.
