and secrets of the world, as well as, lead
humanity to well-being without harming the
world and other species. In light of this,
scientific method is undoubtedly a useful
in
any fields of study, though the steps
process
that will be taken or the stages would be
different in every field for the reason that each
field has their own unique goals that make
them distinct to other fields. Even if this is the
case, the goal of the process will never
change: the goal will always be to find
answers on the unknowns. In the field of
chemistry, I daresay that the first step which
chemists and other professionals alike would
do to start the scientific method is to build or
construct the question they want to be
answered. Next, they will research for
information about the problem so they could
know what is already known about the topic.
After that, they will hypothesize and then
perform an experiment to test their educated
guess. Data collection and observation would
be the next step, which records all the results
before, during, and after the experiment. These
recorded data will then be used to draw
conclusions and determine if one's hypothesis
was correct or not.
