1. Creating a habit of doing daily exercises in our life will not just make
us physically fit, but, it will also boost our mood. In addition,
exercising will benefit us as a way to reduce anxiety, depression, and
other negative moods.
2. Breaking out of the box l'm in. Getting out of my comfort zone is very
important because this is the key to grow as a person. Every regular
task can be done extraordinary whenever we innovate and break out
of the shells we are in. Let's do things with effort for our outputs to
grow with us.
3. Meeting several people will help me progress in my goals because l
can practice my communication skills and get a lot of experiences.
With that, I will know what to do whenever l'll face a similar
circumstances. I know these things will improve myself.
4. Social media is not the real world, but it somehow managed to
control how we live. At this moment, it is very alarming due to how
we were limited to go outside, thus leaving us with no choice but to
scroll and surf the internet. It has its benefits, yes, but only when we
use it right and with a significant amount of time. Using less social
media for entertainment is very important because it may affect the
things that you really need to do like school works. It is possible that
we may drown in a series of entertainment videos and forget the
more important things. Social media is scary, let's live our real life.
5. Rest is very important especially in these times where the world is
tragically busy. We should learn how to take care and boost our
immune system for us to live a healthy and happy life. In my course
which is architecture, rest becomes important as requirements floods
me day by day. Thus, I need to manage my time and give a lot of
time for my body to heal and become healthy and strong.
