CBC result shown be Manual Diff Patient Reference Range Results Patient Results WBC 363.14 4.5-10.5 x 103/uL Neuts 33.5% RBC 3.21 4.2-5.8 x 106/uL Bands 21.0 Hgb 9.8 13.5 -16.5 g/di Lymphs 1.5% Hct 31.8 40-49.0% Monos 3.5% MCV 99.1 80-100 fl Eos 3.5% PLT 159 150-450 x 10/µL Basos 3.5% IANC 173.84 1.6-8.40 x 10/µL Metas 9.5% Myelos 12.0% Promyelos 8.0% Blasts 4.0% Cytogenetic analysis showed abnormal clone characterized by the Philadelphia chromosome translocation, t(9;22). The BCR/ABL gene rearrangement was detected by FISH.
