Both structures A and B have two double bonds and one negative charge. In structure A negative charge is on C atom while in structure B charge is on S atom .And negative charge on S atom is more stable than negative charge on C atom because S atom bigger in size , negative charge is diffracted on it .
That's why structure B is more stable than structure A .
