least one family of each of the types S and M. By enumerating, you are meant to list
the triples of the index values that identify which three families are included in a
given sample.
Verify that you have listed all the possible samples using the procedure in i), by
a) illustrating the sampling job in terms of distinct tasks in a decision tree, and
b) Explaining the calculation of the number of samples possible.
If all of the samples listed in i) are equally probable, find the probability distribution
of the sample median that arises from the samples in i). Show the probability
distribution by creating a table with the values of the sample median and the
associated probabilities.
