PYTHON PROGRAMMiNG QUESTION ***(im lost and confused)*** convert a date in mm/dd/yyyy format to M DD, YYYY, where M is the month name in english. For e.g., 04/15/2000 should be printed as April 15, 2000.   Get a user input as mm/dd/yyyy format. Assume the user enters the '/' while typing the date. Write a function check_date(date) that takes in the user input date as argument and verifies whether each of day/month/year is a valid value. This function should check if month is between 1 to 12, day is between 1 and 31, and year from 1900 - 2100. The functions returns True if everything is valid, otherwise it returns False. Before converting the date to the correct format, call the check_date(date) function to verify if the input is in within the valid range of values. If the function returns false, then print an appropriate message and stop. Otherwise, convert the date to the required format if everythin is correct. P.S. You DO NOT need to check whether the combination of month and the day are correct together. For e.g., if the user inputs 02/31/2021 as the date, you only need to check whether each of mm,dd, and yyyy are within the valid range individuall (even though February cannot have 31 days). Sample Run #1 Please enter a date in mm/dd/yyy format: 07/03/2021 Your converted date is: July 03, 2021 Sample Run #2 (Invalid Date) Please enter a date in mm/dd/yyy format: 77/03/2021 Sorry, the input date is invalid and it cannot be converted.
