Here I have created an empty list that will store 2 other sublists into it.

Next, I have declared variable with one whose value will be stored in the array.

Now I have created a loop for the number of rows and then a nested loop for the number of columns.

Inside the inner loop, I have added the value to the temporary list and then incremented the number by 3 to get a new number.

Then, I have added the temporary list to the main list in the outer loop.

After the loop is over, I have printed the array to the console.
